I have stage 4 endometriosis, diagnosed when i was 32 years old. I was told since age 11 that my periods were normal and the pain I experienced was either me overreacting to pain or lying about it. im getting surgery in 3 weeks and will be losing my ovaries, some of my colon, and my appendix. I wouldnt be losing these organs if I wasnt dismissed years ago.
