I ended up working for BOA because of 2 mergers. Then I was a customer. They are def negligent. I’ve never had that many issues with a checking account in my entire life! I switched to a credit union and 19 years later still with them

BOA lost my car payment and I had to fight for 2 years. I filed a 22 page complaint to the OCC containing proof of cashed check. Once that was cleared up I paid off loan 6 months later and then they lost my title and 18 months after that they finally paid the $110 fee for a copy from the state.

Did she have a receipt for the deposit or a bank statement? I know bank statement as you only have to keep seven years.

I’ve been to several mergers and they have to have reports of any balances the day before the merger and the day after for everybody for everybody that has an account there
