A lot of the stuff you pay for could be swapped out with stuff you self host on a $15/year VPS which Claude could set up for you.

Aye bro…. I actually just moved to Tampa. I do real estate development in Indiana and I do some really interesting research using Claude.. dm me sometime. I think we might be able to learn some from what we’ve done differently. Bc I had claude build me some very specific things.. similar to this.
