Y’all I’m not a lawyer so I don’t know the law like that. But I’m confused as to why one juror is making this entire thing a mistrial? Isn’t the point the majority wins? Or is that not the case when it comes to jurors?

The prosecution would much prefer a mistrial because they get another bite at the Apple. If the judge replaced that juror they would vote not guilty. This IS the fix.

that man is biting tooth and nail for Lindsey. I’ll tell you if I was ever in a situation I would want him and his whole team backing me. He is so good with her and he knows he knows the truth and he knows something else happened. wasn’t Lindsay. This is just sad, but there are people out there like that I guess and I honestly think that that jury should be removed and an alternate put in so what if they gotta start all over again?
