The only thing I don’t like about the title being thrown around so freely in today’s climate is that most who are taking on this title really don’t understand the scope of work that comes with the job. Especially when it comes to working with clients.

What’s irritating is hiring a “CD” who doesn’t actually understand the principles of design and it shows. They heavily rely on Pinterest. Either old school CDs need a new title or new school need a different title
