You cannot say they didn’t follow the law! You do not know if they believe it was proven beyond reasonable doubt. Only hearsay that he said something about doubt.

I’m starting to wonder why this judge hasn’t ruled in Reddington’s favor at all during this trial. Seems as though he’s worried about something and erring on the side of caution too much. Maybe because of the overturn with Latasha? Is this normal to be denied so many times?

This judge is horrible, he should have replaced the juror. The one holdout is not able to follow instruction so replace him.

The fact the juror expressed doubt means he’s stubbornly not following the law for a fair and impartial jury and they should have had an alternate in.
