Biotin only works if you are deficient in it! If you aren’t deficient in a vitamin and take “extra” your body just releases it in your urine!

Never noticed this but I also drink a peach mango green tea celcious everyday for 3 years straight and now that I think of it when I started that’s when my hair became soooo healthy and has been since. I’m honestly impressed you put two and two together I never would have thought of it
