Yup and that’s when you realize when they move on so quickly or get married it was NEVER real for them and just a game. Because someone who TRULY loves, doesn’t ever stop or replace anyone that fast. You immediately see everything from a perspective that you were blind to the entirety of the years you were together and made excuses for them. it's been 2 years and i still can't get myself to even talk to someone that tries. i feel bad for them, but i just don't have it in me anymore. I'm tired of saying "sorry, I'm in no place to entertain anyone. i can't reciprocate your feelings". I JUST WANT TO LOVE AGAIN. it's unfair for them because i can no longer put in that much effort, and they deserve all the genuine love they should have. but i can't give them anymore, I'd be forcing myself and i would hate that.

I don’t think I’ll ever share anything intimate ever again really. In a bittersweet way I’m glad for the love we shared. I don’t think I’ll ever love again and it hurt so bad at first but now I just see the beauty in the temporary. I know I won’t find anyone again but it’s okay. Because pain and loss they define us as much as happiness and love. When people say there’s plenty more fish in the sea, I just say I’m retired from fishing.
