this the most cruelest disease I can think off my dad had it and when they start forgetting you it is like a horror movie the body is there but the person is gone.

Ugh. When my dad had Alzheimer’s.. he’d look at me and know he knew me but didn’t know how so I’d yell “ Hi DAD It’s NINA” and he’d perk up and hug me and I’d pat his back how he used to pat my back and in the end he’d just pat my back … 😭
