my biggest issue with the Canada pavilion (and specifically the food) is there is no West coast, or indigenous representation. honestly I would love to see them have some salmon (cedar plank would be phenomenal, candied as a snack), bannock, some more game options like even a bison or elk sausage. do something with 3 sisters for a plant based option. and as someone else mentioned, desserts!

As a Canadian, these offerings don’t even really make sense. Like MAYBE if the steak is Canadian beef. But I doubt it is. Do a fancy poutine or a bannock taco, and Nanaimo bar, something maple flavoured or even a beaver tail!

I would like to see a change in the menu. We recently ate at Le Cellier and found it soooo much better. We have had both items over the years from this booth. The soup is good but the pretzel roll is so hard can barely chew it even dipped in the soup. The filet we had was over cooked and not seasoned. That is problem with the food booths. You can have something one day and it’s great and go another time and it’s not. Lacks consistency.
