@ryanmcintyrecoaching: I'm 22 and I'm not afraid to admit that 1. I find it hard to talk about myself or my journey here on Instagram not because I don't know what's true but because I want to come across like I've got everything figured out or that nothing ever fails. As the platform grows I'm more conscious about what I share. 2. I feel like I often get caught up with imposter syndrome, thinking that other people have life more figured out than I have, considering a lot of the people I end up working with are older than me. There's a level of insecurity that comes with that. Sometimes I'm not feeling like I'm doing enough or I'm not there for my clients 24/7 the way I want to be. 3. At 22, I expected myself to be way further ahead in life than I actually am, especially financially. Mostly because I spent years building this business with zero reward, and I'm only really just making up for those years now. I can admit I made a mistake leaving my in-person PT to focus on university studies. I feel like that decision personally killed the momentum of my business and, looking back, I should have been able to manage both at the same time 5. I don't have a big social life or circle. If I'm honest it's just outside my comfort zone. Even though I post content all the time, I'm very self-contained, which could be a good or bad thing, but it doesn't change who I am or what I do 6. If I don't work I feel like a failure. Although I love what I do, the challenge of being your own boss is that you decide what needs to be done and how much time you take off. Sometimes I work more than I should. Not everything is how it's portrayed on social media. Keep that in mind because we all go through struggles ❤️
