I agree with her lawyer. The way the jurors voted should be recorded in this case. I don’t understand how that single juror could sit back and let this go to retrial. Patrick is still going to mess up details and conflict his own story. All the details about Lindsey’s condition before and after will be the same as long as medical professionals are honest. The fact no real investigation was done so they can’t even add in more details from that day. Absolute insanity. You cannot prove there’s no reasonable doubt.

Mistrial allows DA to charge again. If they remove the one that’s not following the rules of the judge they should charge with contempt and remove him. But now the DA gets to decide if they want to do this again. What they need to do is go after Patrick. But he agreed to help the DA as long as they keep his phone private.
