I think there’s quite a few people who either don’t know how to listen to their soul, or don’t choose to because their not ready. So people throw money at a problem without realizing it goes back to some of the basics: discipline & balance. Honestly, I think getting a reading should be for people who are willing to hear 👂🏽

You’re like the 3rd person on my FYP to say this, and honestly I needed to hear it because I 100% agree. The LOA/I AM community always says you don’t have to do anything because you’re already whole/Source/God, but sometimes you’re still gonna get intuitive nudges to work on yourself or take action. And that’s still work! It can be internal like self-concept, or external like applying somewhere, showing up, making a change, etc. Everybody’s journey is different, and sometimes you don’t even realize those actions were part of the manifestation until AFTER you get what you wanted. Just because it felt natural doesn’t mean there was no movement.

What I've learned over the years is the definition of work is also very broad. Rest is work. If you've tried this and that, have you tried resting? Releasing control and letting the universe do its thing. Sometimes work is looking at that trauma inside and processing it. Like truly looking at that thing that scares you. Sometimes work is allowing yourself to crash out with frustration over why nothing is making forward progress. These things are equally as important as trying harder or pushing through.

I 100% agree with you. Most of us have these gifts due to trauma and extremely painful life events. We were not given these gifts from sunshine and rainbow events, and many of us give up & sacrifice many real life things when called to this life, ESPECIALLY POC spiritualists. There is a heavy need to ground and understand that the true purpose of spirituality is to bring you back to a better version of your regular life, not escaping into spirituality as a way to check out of daily life. You are also SO correct, YOU NEED TO PUT IN WORK!! Suffering is inevitable! HOWEVER spiritual enlightenment can help you get through these bad seasons and overall be happy in life despite them. I channel what spirit says they need to hear then respectfully put it back on them & remind them your spirit guides can give you a whole layout but if you don’t apply the guidance, learn to trust yourself, & take action you’ll continue to repeat the cycle. I hold up a mirror from spirit & sometimes they don’t wanna hear it, I’ve had a client end session early cuz I didn’t tell her what she wanted to hear & I didn’t lose sleep over it, it comes with the territory unfortunately.♥️

This is why I don’t offer private sessions. I have to explain this so much to people. THINGS WONT WORK UNLESS YOU PUT IN THE WORK! I realized early on that most people do not want to put in work. They really want you to pray or speak things into their lives and it just pops up in their mailbox.

Reminds me of what Tony Robins once said about mindset and manifestation. Paraphrasing... You can say, there's no weeds in my garden, there's no weeds in my garden...You can say it as many times as you want, but unless you go physically weed the garden, the weeds will still be there. Sometimes the manifestation needed is, I'm so grateful I have the confidence, healing, heath, time, energy, etc to do the thing. Then take action to bring that in.

if I an doing a reading with tarot or oracle cards, it is usually harder to answer the "how" questions. but if I am doing a Pendulum Channeling, we go through their intuitive ideas and have their Spirit Guide answer if that's the path or not. sometimes, their spirit guide just starts answering the question. rarely are spirit guides unwilling to answer the "how" questions.

respectfully, there’s so much conflicting information and when you’r e in a place of desperation DESPITE the work and effort you put in without any tangible returns, people are going to get frustrated, some more impatient than others i agree. there’s no how-tos in spirituality and its re-popularity on social media just adds more noise and confusion. i appreciate the work that you do and continue to do it and honor your boundaries.

10000% have had to be very clear with boundaries when clients ask overly specific follow-up questions. sometimes they want a step-by-step guide because they want us to do the work for them or have answers that they need to actually move towards…no one can do it for you but youuuu 😮💨

I always encourage folx to approach with an open mind. it's not my job to handhold and mollycoddle anyone through their journey. each person is a unique individual, and that journey is uniquely PERSONAL to each individual. Each reading/message/session can be a source of insight that essentially distills the energy around YOU specifically into something that can be actionably clarified by the mind and nervous system. am not a doctor, so I can't (and won't) be prescriptive about what that "should" look/feel like for another. expecting someone else to do your energetic/emotional heavy lifting is wild - and absolutely unfair. I've always redirected ppl right back to themselves, bc that's where they'll have to go anyway to get that clarity...WITHIN.
