I’ve had a Bug from last Wednesday the worst diarrhoea I’ve ever had felt so ill. I’m starting to feel a bit better now but it’s taken a week really tired headache dizziness 😭🥺😩

Yep I have been like this all week and got a sore throat Nasty taste in my mouth . I never nap but every day have had a few naps .

On monday i felt ill suddenly, felt like a burn in chest, nausea, headache, tummy all over, could sleep for a week (have done) and felt way off but still gut niggles, i put it down to acid/i s but sounds like an actual bug

I've not been on holiday but this is me. Body aching and especially around my ribs. Bad neck pain and headache and absolutely exhausted. This is reassuring that its a bug.
