@therealmaddieshops: Unboxing a little piece of Van Cleef & Arpels history 💗🫧 Alhambra has been an icon since 1968, but this is the first time Van Cleef & Arpels has ever used enamel in the collection. And in true VCA fashion, creating this particular pink was a project in itself. The Maison spent several years developing the shade in its enamel workshop, using a technique inspired by the 17th-century “gold ruby” process. The result is much more interesting up close. The enamel is slightly translucent and dotted with tiny bubbles that give the color incredible depth and life. I love the pink shadow it casts when it catches the light!!
