I consider myself extremely financially conscious, but being financially responsible doesn’t mean I’m trying to get the cheapest option for EVERYTHING. 😂 There are a few areas where I’m perfectly comfortable spending more because the value is worth the cost to me. 🏠 Where I lay my head at night — I’m not sacrificing my safety, comfort, or sanity just to have a cheaper housing payment. 🛡️ Insurance — I’m not interested in being underinsured just to save a few dollars each month. Protecting what I’ve worked hard for is part of being financially responsible. 💇🏾‍♀️ Quality extensions — I’d rather spend more upfront on quality hair that I can properly maintain and reuse than continuously buy cheaper hair that doesn’t last. Being financially conscious is about being intentional with your money, not depriving yourself of everything you enjoy. I’ll cut costs where it makes sense.
