So I just did my first microneedling session ever. I used a 24 needle cartridge 0.5 mm on my forehead nose and upper lip 0.75 mm on my chin neck and cheeks then went back and stamped my problem areas at 1 mm and I got ZERO bleeding. Barely even got pink. Was this an ineffective treatment? I also numbed myself

Hi ! I just microneedling at home yesterday with dr pen m8 and I didn’t get any redness ! Maybe I did it wrong I did with a cartridge 24 , speed 1 and 2 .
