it's really just beyond his nature to change, he's just a segment of zandik who was the real human, and long dead. segments are snapshots of his life, forever frozen in that state including mindset and emotions, dottore will never change cause of that. so him being redeemed is impossible. people are coping too much and blaming nahida for not giving him a chance.

maybe OG Zandik could have been redeemed, but the Segments? it's IMPOSSIBLE for them to move on, they stay in the exact state of mind forever. So yeah, Nahida knew that it was way too late 😭

Zandik and Scara situations are very much so different. Even until the end, there is not even a little bit of remorse for what he has done unlike scara who when he knew the truth behind his "betrayals" tries to fix them even if in the end nothing happened.

People always say Nahida is the weakest archon, yet say the Raiden Shogun is better. Yes it's true that Raiden is stronger but Nahida is most likely to be the best or one of the best Archons. Bc imagine facing an enemy and be able to know who is redeemable despite both being an enemy, not only that, but Nahida still forgave her ppl despite what they have done to her which makes her mental strength stronger.
