@Samsung US i bought the s25 ultra 9 months ago and have had documented problems since the beginning. I have now gone thru 3 different processes to try and get it fixed. the most recent by your authorized repair center, where they told me it was unreparable. now the warranty team is telling I have to send it in and be without my work/personal only phone for 12 days?!??! I just want yall to stand behind your product! I did nothing wrong, its a mother board software issue and the phone had it since I bought it. Can you please help? I dont want anything other than what I paid for! The warranty dept has everything documented and I just keep getting sent to other companies. Samsung warranty sent me to the repair center, repair center sent me to att, att sent me to Assurant, Assurant sent me back to samsung warranty and now they want the phone for 12 days and just leave me without a phone!

Hey samsung can i please get a free samsung galaxy S26 ultra my phone is very laggy and i want to customize it but my phone doesnt support good lock and my phone can barley run any games please can i have a samsung galaxy S26 ultra im a big fan of your phone brand and i always envyed people that have a finger print on the display and how they can run games at good fps and also take good pictures and when i use tiktok my phone always gets super hot and laggy and the phone i have is a samsung galaxy A17😔 please samsung😔
