it's ironic cause a lot of ahadow slave characters find their passions with time im currently on 2060 but Effie gets a family, Sunny has the emporium/with nephis/helping his sister, Nephis tries to help humanity and get revenge/justice, idk one for cassie but there prob is one, jet finally became a saint is an amazing leader in the Government. Morgan is putting her life in her own hands. Meanwhile Kai legit got thrown into the first nightmare took time off from singing with his crew, survived the nightmare and got his flaw only to find out how many people lie to him on the daily, family, friends, coworkers, and fans, gets stuck in the forgotten shore for years it is only once he comes back that he can try to resume his life as a singer is enjoying life still suffers from knowing to much of the truth, than is dragged back into a nightmare cause he doesn't want to be idle but come on if sunny didnt mention it and effie wasn't into it he wouldn't do the nightmare and be a support at most in Antarctica. the guy gets lit on fire alive, swallowed by a dragon and survives the nightmare but loses his passion of singing because his words hold too much power. enters another nightmare comes back. he now works for the government as he becomes jaded sees the dark side of the world. for years he cant do his passion, tries to fix a broken system, has to put faith in changing star knowing he cant do much, and has to just deal with mordret the guy he hates the most almost more than sunny and cassie hate him. bro just has the worst life of them all

You forget to mention that Kai is in an environment where non of this matters to him. His priority is survival in an unfamilier environment a “Flaw” such as his would be more beneficial than harmful especially when it comes to identifying who is an ally and who’s an enemy. Ofc it’s absolutely horrible to have as Kai was a pop star but I’m only on around chapter 900 to spill anymore information other than this 😛

Kai’s flaw isn’t as debilitating as others’ flaws, but it’s still a flaw. Each flaw has a good and a bad side to it. The best example is Sunny. If not for his flaw, he wouldnt have the same relationships, connections and in general he wouldnt be a completely different person. Kai’s flaw is perfectly fit for someone with his personality, appearance and fame
