Why do idols cut so much calories instead of sticking to a healthier diet plan like no sugar or no sodium while eating 500-600cals under their maintenance and exercising to prevent bloating and maintain their look instead of being skinny and unhealthy eating less can cause health problems and make it harder to perform for events??? Its better to stick to a healthier diet plan to look good rather than eat less then be unhealthy
