@aaronamortegui: An 8-second shot with audio and lip sync, generated in under 9 minutes on my own desktop. I've been testing MiniMax H3 locally and wanted to share what came out of it. I know this isn't for everyone — you need a decent GPU, or you rent one. And I know going straight to Seedance is still the faster route. But getting close to that quality with real control over every parameter, on a machine you already own, feels worth a look. There are plenty of limitations. Past a certain frame count the replacement quietly stops applying, no error, no warning, and the generation time spent all the same. And on the hard shots the seed matters more than the prompt. I had one where five different configurations failed and the same configuration on another seed landed first try.
