Its simple. She bought a gun for her safety after knowing she just served him divorce papers. She wanted some fresh air a little out of town as most introverts with bipolar do before going home. She didnt know she was being followed by JP. He got into her car where she left her gun in the passenger seat after purchase. He found her sitting by the creek. They talked, she was calm and feared for her life because she saw he had her gun. He pulled the magazine to see if it had bullets, he took out one bullet to look at it, and he dropped it by accident and couldnt find it, which explained the one unfired bullet on the ground. He put the mag back into the gun, he fired to see if it worked. He then aimed it at her and killed her. He regretted his decision and moved her body 100 feet down, put her body in shallow water at his lazy and careless attempt to hide her body. Say Im wrong I watch a lot of crime docs in my spare time
