This is so unnecessary! The judge had every right to remove the juror who failed to follow the law, and it is a tragedy that he didn't do so. The most important takeaway is that Lindsay was acquitted—Red won! The prosecution lost the case, and that is something they must reckon with should there be a retrial. They now know they didn't succeed this time, and must be prepared for the consequences of that in any potential new round.

I just think its wild. The defendant admitted shes guilty. Her attorney admitted shes guilty. But the DA sucks so bad she was about to be acquitted if it werent for the one hold out.
