I think the juror is braking the law by acknowledging reasonable doubt but refusing to change his stance and is wasting everybody’s time by doing so because if it for sure gets declared to miss trial all of that was for nothing

I might be crazy but I think Sullivan did this bc he knew what Red would do. If Supreme Court rules to replace juror, it takes it out of his hands, and he’s coming under increasing scrutiny due to a potential conflict

Apparently Red has had consultation with Supreme Court judge and she has said it was all put together well but she needs some time to get back to them

The judge has already failed twice. The first time was when the defense asked for a mistrial, and the judge refused. The second time was when the defense asked to replace one of the jurors, and the judge refused again. And now it’s happening at the very end of the trial, which makes it even more stressful

I do think the defense has an argument, but I’m afraid we can’t know for sure if it’s reasonable doubt by the one juror or just doubt. Do you know if the Supreme Court can investigate his doubt or what he has said?

I think that if it’s true that the one juror has doubt but refuses to apply it- they should be replaced. This claim should absolutely be investigated.
