I live in a town that’s not nearly as concerned with their weight as like LA or Miami. I realise this might come off as pick me and I promise I don’t mean it that way. I’m not Miami or LA. But I am really health conscious. I feel extremely self conscious when I go some place and I’m one of the few who is skinny, and I’m not even that skinny. Does that make sense?

When I briefly lived in California, I noticed everyone was n shape. People were so active!! Rollerblading, biking, laying volley ball on beach, etc.
