Nontoxic Stripper Details👇🏽 Stripping furniture has never been faster, easier or safer‼️ I used to wait hours before scraping the old finish off my furniture flips and I avoided the sun because I didn’t want it to dry out. (There’s nothing worse than being left with a gooey mess that won’t come off!) Who knew that my go-to non-toxic stripper DOES in fact work in the hot sun—it just works VERY quickly! It was hot here in Nashville today and it came so easily after a few minutes! And stay tuned for the full makeover! I stripped these cabinets inside and out! STEPS (DM me if you beed my affiliate link)) 1. Brush on a liberal amount of GreenEZ stripper to cover the entire surface (affiliate link in my bio code ShellyChic) 2. Now that it’s so hot, I do a scratch test after 5 minutes to see if it is ready to remove 3. I scrape the flat surfaces with stripping shovel 4. Spray with the finish cleaner (2nd step in the 2-step kit) and remove residue with 0000 steel wool 5. Dip 0000 steel wool in soapy water and wipe clean 6. Wipe with rag TIPS and FAQ ✨ Work in small sections—one side, drawer, etc. at a time so the stripper doesn’t dry. ✨If you’re working in high summer temps, do a scratch test after a few minutes to see if it’s ready. ✨Yes, this works on paint too (although I have to test how quickly in the heat) ✨ Yes, the stripper is non-hazardous and eco-friendly
