Im so sorry you’re going thru this. Ive had pain 40 plus years. Some days are so bad it’s like beyond flu level body aches. It gets painful to hold my head up. But I keep going!

Caroline! I have EDS and dermatogrpahia (mast cells freak out when my skin gets irritated), which causes mosquito bites to get huge. I started takign a reactine every morning as recommended by my doctor and now my mosquito bites are just regular annoying! as for the full body pains that need you to keep moving, a hot bath or heating pad helps. keeps your joints loose. not great in this weather (idk what its like where you live but its been HOT here) but mostly, im sorry youre dealign with it, I hope you find something that works for you, and I just smacked a mosquito over here to avenge you 💖
