“You’ll fire an employee” simply because he/she is good with clients but doesn’t tolerate certain coworkers??😒🤨😑 Sir, you’re simply wrong. If the organization is supposedly all about the employees and not the clients, then why are clients even part of the equation? Why not focus entirely on keeping your employees happy and leave the clients out of it? Because apparently, they’re the only ones who matter.😒

His old school. He got that Ai part wrong. In the next 10 years not using Ai means you get left behind. it takes great thoughts to get the best of Ai. Within my company business claude was subscribed for employees, bc with Ai a job of 5 hours gets done in 5 min. Ai is becoming the norm.

I am lost at the part where an employer is good with the client but not with coworkers: I am honestly confused. So, if my worker is able to deliver clients, hit goals and bring in clients that eventually grows my company or firm, financially and economically, do I still need to fire him or her because he or she doesn’t go well with coworkers? I am sure Sir, you are more experienced and I would love to understand the harm it can cause to have such employee still work when they still not cool with their coworker?

oh wow, I'm learning and it makes sense how people think. I am a carer who is very good at my job cos I believe the elders do not have so much time left but I do not get along with majority of my colleagues cos they think I'm a perfectionist whereas I'm just trying to intentionally make a difference in these elders' live, I noticed he said fire but would you rather I get along with the colleagues and do the bare minimum? I understand it's just a job
