Prosecutors did a piss poor job of “beyond a reasonable doubt” and Defense did an outstanding job of creating doubt. Defense will definitely pick apart any strategy the prosecution brings forth so unless they can close the holes of every doubt, the best they can do is a plea deal. And good luck with that.
