Research supports eating a variety of fruits and vegetables as part of a healthy diet, but no individual fruit should be described as “killing” or treating cancer. This video discusses Dr. Berg’s food suggestions for educational purposes. ⚠️ Educational content only — not medical advice or cancer treatment guidance. #HealthyEating #FruitNutrition #NutritionFacts #CancerPrevention Reference: American Cancer Society — Diet & Cancer Prevention

I would also add cloves and cinnamon sticks. If you boil 15 cloves and 2 to 3 cinnamon sticks in 1L of water for 10 minutes you have the best tasting tea with full of antioxidants and your house will smell beautiful

It must have to be grapes with pips… seedless grapes have been artificially grown. Make sure your fruit has the pips.
