I started with analog and it took me a long time to diagnose any issues because I just went by pressures, digital made my work fast and a lot more accurate for first time fixes

Also you can put over 800 psi ok ur digitals and not fk it up, unlike analogs

I’m kinda a mix of old and new school. What id say, is learn to do it the old school way for like a minute, but digital all the way, it’s just faster, and more efficient. For sure have an analog back up

digital has its place, but it's not in refrigeration, the delay that all digital gauses have will cause you to mis-set pressure controls
