All believers are expected to be labourers in ministry. That doesn't translate that all believers shouldn't work to earn money to settle bills and survive. When Jesus sent out his disciples in Matthew 10, he stressed that it is the prerogative of those ministered to by the disciples to honour them with substance like food etc and not for the disciples to 'demand' to be paid as ...freely they received the gospel so freely they should give it (Matthew 10:8). Every believer is called to the ministry of reconciliation 2 Corinthians 5:18 but it doesn't mean we all will not work. It is the prerogative of the church to take care of its leaders including pastors but if the church is not buoyant to do so, it's reasonable for the Pastor to have a secular job to support himself like Paul did.

My Pastor works, his wife is a business woman,, he leads by example, Pastors must work and stop demanding money from people Apostle Paul said that,,, don't muzzle an ox.... and he then said 0n 1 Corinthians 9 v 13 he doesn't use that right (abuse) verse because he doesn't want to hinder the gospel.of God.... Pastors these days put their welfare ahead of the Gospel!!! Some even demand money before praying for anyone
