Evidence says she was framed no finger pints in the knife or the window Patrick send an email from laptop at 5:24 when he claims he wasn’t in the house holding her Apple Watch in CVS and different shirt and shoes in the restaurant. No problems calling the restaurant or CVS yet he couldn’t dial 911? You don’t even need network or WiFi to call 911. The email sent from his laptop at 5:24 proving he was home when he said he was gone. The tumbler cup Patrick said had crushed pills in yet everyone testified there was no pill residue or pill crusher on scene and he claimed he only took 2 steps into the room. How did he know what was in that cup? Why were the meds she had in her system the meds that were in Patrick’s truck and later turned in to police weeks later. Also claiming she told him she did it yet ems and drs testify she could not speak. She didn’t remember and was told she did this. He drugged her out cold and did this to all of them. Her best defense was insanity. As the trial progressed went on more evidence became apparent that Patrick could be responsible. Also the neighbors calling about her outside at 5:50 yet callens heart was restarted. The bloody wrist prints in the outside of the house as if she was hanging from her hips at the window. The bed clearly moved to move the dead weight and pushed over the bed. That’s why no finger prints on knife or prints and blood on window. Also Patrick’s mom not going to his wedding to mistress and testifying for Lindsay. The second phone found in the house identical to Lindsey’s with mirrored information on it. Her heart rate clocked at 57bpm at 5:23 just a minute before Patrick sent an email from his laptop at 5:24 placing him at home when she was sedated he did the kids left to CVS (3 minutes away) went back home to finish Lindsey and then to the restaurant and that’s why he changed his clothes he went home saw Lindsey still alive and hosed her down that’s why he hair and clothes were soaking wet and you can see water on the house in the crime scene photos cause her temp to drop so low

Jurors can be dismissed for so many reasons. If one person is holding up the justice system, why not dismiss them??

That juror should have been immediately dismissed and charged for not following the law!!! We all feel the exact same way as all the other jurors, we have eyes and see, we have ears and we listened!! That judge is absolutely 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬!!!
