Ok so serious question: If you can apparently make $100k per year with 4 cars purchased, then why doesn’t Musk himself go and produce 10,000 of these per city, and just keep all the revenue for himself. He has the deep pockets to take the hit on the manufacturing cost. The reason is that he knows that when there are 5000-10000 on the road, the revenue per car will be tiny and you will need years to pay back your investment.

Commercial insurance is 15k per car , electricity - 4k a year based on 40k miles, maintaince - 3 k . So operating cost 22k vs 25k income. Not worth it
