So far thrive mascara is the only one I have found that does not irritate my eyes. Just wish it was cheaper

i’m allergic/sensitive to blues and purples around the eyes. any brand suggestions that are proven hypoallergenic offering these colors?

For me it’s not dry eyes. It’s the WEIGHT of the mascara and any other eye product (but predominately mascara). Problem is my eyes w makeup look incomplete w o mascara. My lashes are long but blonde tipped, so invisible.

My MGD symptoms do not feel worse when I wear makeup. It’s just difficult to wash off even if it’s not waterproof

I use Systane eye wipes and its gentle and vleans off all the makeup.

I tried everything from gentle hypoallergenic formulas to "natural" marketed brands that were supposed to wash out with water alone. everything irritated my eyes, even touching it does irritates them. I can't wear sunscreen either and can't dye my hair either, or I need to be extremely careful about it which makes everything suck for me now.. 2 years into this disease and I feel disheartened
