@hollydays_chicago: A new chapter is beginning at @thealbertchicago inside Hotel EMC2. If you haven’t been to The Albert inside Hotel EMC2 yet, put it on your Chicago list. We got to spend the evening celebrating a new chapter for the restaurant and welcoming Chef David Danielson. Everything from the space to the bites was SO good. The restaurant itself is seriously gorgeous. It has this really cool mix of art and science happening throughout, but still feels cozy enough for a date night or dinner with friends. And now, with Chef Danielson taking over the kitchen, there’s even more reason to go. We got a little taste of what he’s bringing to the menu and I’m already ready to go back.
