"Buy low and sell high" is a terrible investing strategy, my friend. What wealthy families do instead is this: buy low, borrow high — and sell never. Here is how it works. First, we buy assets at a low cost. Then we wait. Those assets appreciate over time. And as the value grows — we do not sell. Most people sell. That is the mistake. Instead, we borrow against the value of those assets. Because loans are not taxable income. Now we have capital — without ever selling the investment. And here is where it becomes interesting. We use the borrowed money to buy more assets. Those assets generate cashflow. That cashflow pays down the loan. And the process repeats — more assets, more cashflow, more leverage. And still, we never sell. But here is the part most people miss. We purchase life insurance equal to the debt. And when we pass away, the tax-free proceeds pay off the loans. The debt disappears. The assets remain. And the next generation receives them free of debt — often with significant tax advantages besides. The wealthy do not focus on selling assets. They focus on controlling them. Because the goal was never to own money. The goal was to own the things that produce it. Comment "WEALTH" — I shall send you the guide personally. With my regards, Sir Edmund Hale ⚠️ Educational only, not financial or tax advice.
