Is this why I see artist doing residences in places like Las Vegas. Your not traveling but you're fans are too come see you, so that saves the artist a lot of money and time packing up the tour and moving to different venues.

They open up ticket sales at 10am. I’m right there. Ten minutes later I can’t get a ticket unless I buy resale at a much larger cost. On the same site (Ticketmaster). Greed is the problem.

tickets also used to be at max $200/$300 nowadays its more like $1000/$2000 which is unrealistic....from working in finance, people are living off of credit cards right now and going into debt to say they attended whatever is the "popular" show at the moment is.

Live nation having a monopoly doesn’t help either. Box office also isn’t a thing at most of these venues anymore. I think box office pricing would incentivize folks to buy as well.

Also Because ppl can watch someone’s entire tour on social media… why pay when you can watch it from the front row on someone’s phone… it sucks but that’s really how it is .
