To educate you all in the comments: A deadlocked jury does not mean that she is innocent. A deadlocked jury means the jury could not come to a unanimous decision within the trial. Since the judge announced a mistrial, that means the entire case will be going back to pre-trial status. Because no final verdict was reached, the prosecution must choose the next steps. That can either be a retrial, a plea deal, or just dismiss the charges entirely. Saying the jury was deadlocked and that he was announcing a mistrial does not mean that she is innocent. Im tired of people misinterpreting things 😭😭😭
