Hon. Odonga Otto puts it well for all. And recognizes the different shades of opinion and the constitutional provisions that sought to have these differences addressed intellectually through dialogue. And that role is better played by those in leadership and in particular the roles that political parties should play to address national issues. So avoiding the inter party coalition is a disservice to the nation. Ugandans expect feedback from the many political parties on the position of the political class as viewed by all in leadership. Opposition politics is also leadership and shapes the trajectory that the country follows at the time.
