that around 2.6 times his current limit, which means if he gained access to a natural 100% he could reach a bare minimum of 260%. This is ignoring the fact that this is the first time using the quirk, so we can count experience as something that could make him gain more power, but the quirk is also supposed to get by itself stronger once 100% is reached. So a bare minimum of 300% is expected by a full potential DEKU, but i would even dare say he could reach even 350%, we are talking about a world ending threat, something that could extinguish the surface of life in a day
