![A match made in heaven 🧀🍅🍜 [~425 cals 32g protein] - Find my cookbooks in my bio 👀💖 - (Soup Veggies) ✰ 8 medium tomatoes ✰ 1 yellow onion ✰ 2 cloves garlic ✰ 1 red bell pepper ✰ 1 tbsp olive oil (optional) ✰ garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning (I used @spicexseasoning, salt and pepper (Soup) ✰ 2 cups bone broth ✰ 1/4 cup half and half ✰ handful basil leaves (Grilled cheese) ✰ 2 slices sourdough ✰ 1 tbsp light mayo ✰ 1/2 cup fat free cheese 1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Chop veggies, add seasoning and roast in oven for about 30 minutes. 3. Add veggies to blender along with the rest of soup ingredients and blend until smooth. 4. On pan on high heat, add soup, bring to a boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes or until it thickens. 5. While soup is boiling, coat outside sourdough in light mayo (this will make it crispy). 6. Add sourdough to pan on low then add cheese and close sandwich. Flip every 1-2 minutes until cheese melts and bread becomes golden. 7. Enjoy!
