It’s insane when I bring up breastfeeding in a group setting it’s silence

People get so mad about breastfeeding in general because everyone wants to feed the baby🙄 I have already been told that I am starting a bad habit by allowing her to feed for comfort and she isn't even two months old yet.

I’ll be going back to work soon and I’m really worried about how my baby will soothe while I’m gone. She uses my breast for comfort but there will be a time I won’t be around to provide that for her and it’s really making me anxious. Do you have any tips for that?

because anyone can give baby the bottle. only mom can nurse to sleep and people get jealous. oh well!

The difference for my daughter is how she sleeps. If I don’t nurse her to sleep she wakes up several times at night. So I ignore my IBCLC when she says not to nurse to sleep.

My baby is 10 months and your videos really saved me the first 2-3-4 months. I am still BF to sleep and BF during the night! Baby is going to nursery now but I try to offer him boob as much as possible when we are together, so mostly at night. Going back to work will be though with such broken sleep but it is what it is!!! They are only babies once ❤️

Not related to the video but my EBF will NOT take a bottle. Working with lactation clinic plus CST. I’m stressed out. All she does is gag. Any recommendations 😅😅 I go to work in a month. She’s 3m.

Is it because there’s a stigma around other people not being able to put the baby to sleep? Because iv been exclusively breastfeeding my almost 4 month old and that is my plan for her entirety of being a baby. I feel people think it’s super weird that she is going to need me to go to sleep and to eat until she’s 1. I live in Canada so I have a 12 month maternity leave and will be staying off longer. There is no reason other people need to be able to feed her or put her to sleep.

I'm sorry, I know this is an unrelated question but do you have tips for weaning and getting baby to take a bottle? My little one has breastfed on demand since she was born and she's 9.5m old now. My mental health is taking a huge dip and I want to transition her to formula bottles but she refuses all of the bottles I've tried (and I've tried around 10 different bottles at this point).

I love all of your videos I’m a first time mom EBF my 4 week old! I sent you a message but any help with an overly tired baby? Just recently we have hit a huge change and she is so fussy nothing will stop it.

My baby will be 8 months next week and I have fed him to sleep every night, and even during the day that is how I ensure that he gets the best naps he can. If he is not breastfed to sleep, he is such a light sleeper and will wake up to every little sound.

Litterally only breast feed my baby to sleep. lol he’s 9 months old next week and is a distracted eater. So nap and bedtime are the only time he gets a decent session in.

The only reason I’m over feeding to sleep is because he wants to nurse ALL night lol and he’s 11 months now 😅
