There’s no “fresh start” after this, we all saw what we saw. You’re not gonna find a jury that doesn’t know SOMETHING about this case.

Not saying shes innocent but there no way she did this while she was in her right mind. She worked as a nurse in a nursery around children, so I just can’t understand why she would ever knowingly choose to ki!! her own kids. It’s hard for me to believe that someone who spent her career caring for children could be in a completely rational state of mind when something like this happened

If it is jail, it will cost them $131,000 USD per year. In a psychiatric hospital: Up to $523,000 USD per year for his paralysis and medical care. What a painful irony. and it's your taxes

I feel so many people are misunderstanding what the case was about. The defenses points throughout really planted a seed of doubt in my mind. I will believe she did it but it feels wrong to hold her criminally responsible for 1st degree. I just couldnt stop thinking about that facility that turned her away for being over medicated when she was trying to get help. The prosecution was never able to address this area well enough for me to get on board with their claim of premeditated murder.

This is ***IF*** the district attorney decides to try the case again. There is NO GUARANTEE that they will decide to do so, and could even move to dismiss the case. The jurors were 11/12 “not guilty,” which means the prosecution would have a VERY hard time re-trying this…. They don’t have physical evidence to collect because it’s all gone…. There’s MAYBE digital evidence, but still…. I’m curious to see what happens here

A huge shout-out to the one juror who stood up and refused to compromise on the simple truth that murdering your children is wrong.

If they leaned towards the defense's case, she should deny a plea deal. That's BS that she would have to accept a plea deal. There was no f**king evidence.

This is setting a dangerous precedent in a very very simple matter. Killing someone let alone your own children is wrong and inexcusable. Prison or capital punishment is needed here

If this case was tried anywhere else she would’ve easily been found guilty. She’s lucky it was in Massachusetts.
