The fact that there was 11 jurors that were leaning towards not guilty for a reason of insanity. That’s a huge number to flip. They didn’t even convince half of them that she was guilty. If they try again with the same exact evidence, I don’t see there being a guilty verdict.

Quick question : I look at these class action lawsuits often. Every time I click submit claim it wants a code from a postcard I got in the mail. I don’t get ever those postcards. What can I do ?

The trial isn’t about whether she is guilty, she HAS to admit guilt (and all evidence points to it), that yeah, she did it, so now she can plead for PPP to get a different outcome, such as either guilty or not for prison time or asylum, which the state laws can let her out early if she’s declared to be able to do so… which in no way is justice for those 3 kids. Side note, I hope Patrick sues each and every single person who is just on here lying. Friendly reminder, I’m not a lawyer, not legal advice, talk to a lawyer.

To everyone agreeing that Patrick should NOT be put on trial: if he’s so innocent, what’s the issue? Should be quick and easy. Except it wouldn’t be because there are numerous inconsistencies on his behalf that could (and would) be used against him.
