Just because you are an ambitious women, want to better yourself as a person and help your love ones doesn’t mean you are masculine. This also happened to me with a guy I was seeing. Your might have triggered something in him that made him feel that you are better than him (something as simple as maybe a family member asked him for help and he didn’t provide the help)..he knows that to be with you it requires a man that want to level up and maybe he is ok with being just where he is. Culture also matters a lot too, the guy I was seeing was Indian (not that all Indian man think like that but I know in their tradition is like that) and the culture there is that the women has to be very submissive to a point that sometimes even tolerate disrespect towards her. But I also know you feel uncomfortable with his comment because it also triggered something in you, maybe there is a part of you that since is working on being more feminine feels that you are still not feminine enough. It’s just perspective and also being secure in yourself. Just because someone has an opinion of you doesn’t mean it’s true. I think you are feminine, that’s why I follow you and your content so I can be more like you 🥰. and also the man that is for you will actually admire and be intrigued by those beautiful qualities that you have 😉💖

Advise from older sister this is negging - way to justify yourself even if that’s his thoughts not the way to express it. The way I would answer it “ glad you noticed that season of my life required me to take up more of that role, we both possess both energies and being competent means being able to play with the energies in your life to what required then, I have nurture my feminine side and maintain her so that requires me to tip over to the other side sometimes but once I find a partnership that clicks I am sure the equilibrium will be restored- I am sure the right partner will naturally take over nourishing my femininity and I am only compatible with a person who sees people a whole because in marriage that’s what required” and smile! since when did being competent and successful become masculine and even if it was I believe that there should be a balance of feminine and masculine energies in all people but its best if wr don’t fall into this rabbit hole of trying to fit our nuanced selves into these boxes. Acctualy beeing a mother is takeing care, providing-love, care, support, food etc. In such situations I think that our feminine energy and our caring side is what requires us to want to take care of our parents - also a responsibility. I'm sorry but for me it's human and not masculine to want to help and to thank/take care of the people who gave you everything, those who love you, to save them stress etc. I've also been told that I'm quite into the mother archetype (even if I'm not a mother and I thought I didn't want to have so many children - I don't want them to be 100% my biological children and if I do I need to be sure I can be a wonderful mother to them) - sometimes a girl, for example. The mother archetype is exactly that - she's feminine, but also responsible, strong, caring, I need to know that the people I love are OK. I think that this guy and also a lot of women are tied to the stereotype of male and female energy. It has been scientifically proven that the rebellious energy is feminine and that for example in the history of my country this means that all liberators (great personalities) were also in their feminine energy or in a balance between their masculine and feminine energy (most of them were raised by strong women, widows or mainly by their mothers - all of them were also extremely respectful of women according to historical information).
