Could be Carbon Monoxide poisoning. They make you put your bumper on the bumper in front of you. After a few hours with a clunker in front of you & no breeze it can be dangerous.

It was so bad to watch. I was picking up my daughter and it was hero day as well and the line was not moving, we seen the cops bust a window out and seen them pull her out of the car on the ground and the nurse from Dorman was dressed up as Wonder woman for hero day and started doing CPR it was so sad to watch. We could do nothing but pray that the lady was going to be OK. praying for the family.
