Aqua paved through way for Sora to be able to lead her back to her friends. She gave Kairi the protection over her heart that put her into Sora's heart. She put Ventus in a safe place for Sora to deliver his heart to his body. She protected Riku in the Realm of Darkness, instead of saving herself. She is the silent guide. She's the goat.

aqua was supposed to be the strongest keyblade wielders. Master Xehanort and Vanitas < Terra < TerraNort < Aqua. Remind Sora straight up was getting bullied by TerraNort so Aqua realistically should be top 3 kh wielder and she definitely ain't 3 or 2
