The house next door is my in-laws, they have no damage cause they keep their sea wall updated. The house next to them that is getting hammered is basically abandoned - the people are never there and that’s the issue. The waves always crash up against the sea wall, been doing that for years. Don’t keep an ocean front property if you can’t keep your sea wall updated.

It’s difficult for him to say something as logical as GLOBAL WARMING, in his profession using a little scientific knowledge in his reporting would give more credibility to his career but the fear of creating controversy prevents him from doing so.
